My method

An ethical approach,
deeply human

I don't bring you ready-made solutions. I create the conditions for you to find your own — lasting because they are yours. To do so, I draw on four complementary frameworks that I combine to fit your situation.

Nonviolent Communication

Observe without judging, welcome what you feel, identify your needs and make clear requests. A grammar of relationship that eases tensions and makes action possible. Every step, however small, brings you closer to your goal. I have practised NVC since 2018.

IFS & the parts of self

We are made of many inner "parts" — the one that protects, the one that doubts, the one that pushes. The IFS approach (Internal Family Systems) helps you understand what's at play inside so you can decide with more freedom and less inner conflict.

The systemic approach

No challenge exists in isolation. Grounded in the laws of the living, the systemic view sheds light on the ties, polarities and dynamics around you: what is at play in the present, and where to act to open a new beginning.

The symbolic

Exploring the imagination to release what the mind locks up. Drawing on images, metaphors and stories, we anchor deep change where reasoning alone is not enough.

The principle

Listening to your three centres:
head, heart, body

We reason with the head, but we also decide with the heart and the body. Allowing yourself to listen to these three intelligences changes the quality of insight: it becomes lasting rather than staying an idea. The body initiates movement and provides lasting grounding.

Taking the time to feel your emotions, rather than working around them, is how real emotional intelligence develops — a decisive asset when you lead.

An ethical and confidential framework
Ethics & conduct

A clear framework, a protected trust

On my certification path, I follow the ICF code of ethics (International Coaching Federation). In practice, this means:

  • Absolute confidentiality: nothing said in session is shared without your consent.
  • An ethical relationship: respect, no judgement, no hold over you.
  • Regular supervision: my own work is supported, for your safety.
  • Continuous training: I keep learning and refining my practice.
A method serving your goals

I start from your needs to bring out precise goals and measurable results, towards lasting change aligned with your values.
