Julien Mariani

Twenty years in management,
a passion for people

I created Evolibra with a simple intention: to support each person in respect of who they are. To back you in your commitments by shedding light on how you and your system work, so you become the author of your own evolution — in balance with your identity and your values.

Portrait of Julien Mariani

From project management to supporting people

For 20 years, I worked in IT management, within international environments and on demanding projects. I learned service quality and excellence — while staying connected to what matters to me: the place of people in the company.

It was by supporting teams of up to 50 people, with real passion, that I developed a lasting interest in the fluidity of collaboration. I grew fond of my colleagues' deeper motivations, and of the art of helping them realise their aspirations in line with the company's expectations.

That fondness became a calling. I chose to devote myself to coaching, to pass on this experience and to create, with each person, the conditions for a success that is not paid for at the cost of oneself.

Solid training, a living practice

I trained in professional coaching with International Mozaïk and have practised Nonviolent Communication since 2018. My approach also draws on IFS (Internal Family Systems), the systemic approach and the symbolic.

I follow the ICF code of ethics, benefit from regular supervision and keep training continuously. So many guarantees of ethical, high-quality support.

In brief — Executive coach · 20 years of IT management in international settings · trained at International Mozaïk · NVC practitioner since 2018 · IFS & systemic · ICF ethics · French & English.

What I believe in

  • Performance and self-respect are not opposites. You can aim high without betraying yourself.
  • You are the expert on your life. My role is to bring out your answers, not to impose mine.
  • The small step counts. Lasting change is built one concrete action at a time.
  • The relationship is a working tool. Trust, listening and candour are the foundation of any useful support.
