I spent 20 years of my career in IT management in international environments, working on demanding projects that taught me about service quality and excellence, while staying true to my values regarding the importance of people in business. 


It was through passionately supporting teams of 50 people that I developed a constant interest in fostering fluidity in collaboration. I learned to take an interest in my colleagues' personal motivations in order to help them achieve their dreams in line with the company's expectations.

This led me to embrace a career as a business coach and share my experience. I trained in coaching with International Mozaik and in Nonviolent Communication, which I have been practicing regularly since 2018.
